The villa is built on a plot of land measuring 860m2 and features a large outdoor swimming pool. It is spread over three levels: the basement, ground floor, and first floor. The basement can be adapted into a smaller apartment if desired.

The ground floor comprises a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a large terrace covered with grapevines, offering a beautiful panoramic sea view. On the other side of the house, there is a another terrace overlooking the hills and greenery, ideal for afternoon relaxation.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The heating system is a combination of underfloor heating on the ground floor and pellet heating on the first floor.
