This historic captain’s house has been completely renovated last year (2022) and is available for immediate use. It is spread across two levels and an attic. Each level has an area of 35m2, making the total living space 105m2.

The house features a small enclosed courtyard with a built-in outdoor oven and a compact outdoor kitchen. A spacious terrace can be accessed from the second floor.

The layout of the house includes a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a terrace. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a dining area, kitchen, and guest toilet.

The first floor accommodates one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin. This level leads to a large stone terrace. The attic houses two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The house has been meticulously and qualitatively renovated. The renovation was carefully executed to retain the authentic charm of the house, blending seamlessly with the Mediterranean surroundings.
